The NLM® Gateway transitioned to a pilot project from the Lister Hill National Center for Biomedical Communications (LHNCBC) in 2011. The previous version of the NLM Gateway provided search access across multiple databases; however, all but one of these databases is available from other NLM sources. The pilot NLM Gateway focused on two databases: Meeting Abstracts and Health Services Research Projects in Progress (HSRProj).
