Journal articles will be delivered by e-mail.
Available items will be delivered within 2 business days.
What if the item I requested is not available?
The person requesting the book will be notified that it is presently unavailable. If the book is checked out, a recall/hold request will be placed. If the book is missing, a search will be initiated. In the case of items that cannot be located, an Interlibrary Loan request will be submitted.
Who is eligible?
FSU Faculty, Post-Docs, staff members, Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants, and Graduate Assistants are eligible for the Library Express Delivery service. Registration is required to use the service.
How long does it take to get an item?
Two business days.
What happens if my books are overdue?
You will receive email notifications about your overdue books just as you do for the books that you borrow from the FSU Libraries. You will also be fined by the FSU Libraries for all overdue, lost, and damaged UBORROW loans. See the circulation policy.
Will someone pick up my materials?
Books and media will be picked up from designated locations in departments upon request.
