The Faculty & Graduate Instruction Classroom is primarily intended for the use of library-facilitated instruction and events. Exceptions may be considered for non-library sponsored programs that relate to the academic mission of the university.
The room may not be used in lieu of regular class sessions. The instruction room must be reserved by a faculty member who will take full responsibility for the care and cleaning of the room and returning furniture to its original location.
Food and beverages are permitted as per the libraries’ policy. Permission must be obtained for catered events.
